Founded in 2000 by Jean Claude Mas, Domaine Paul Mas began with a 35-hectare inheritance and has grown into a leading producer in the Languedoc Roussillon. The family now owns 17 estates and more than 900 hectares of vineyards, showing the region’s diversity from Limoux to Minervois and Corbières. Jean Claude’s philosophy centres on respect for the land, quality-focused viticulture and modern blending.
