North South Wines has partnered with Cavino in Aigialeia to introduce Godessa, an Assyrtiko and Agiorgitiko duo that captures Greek sunshine quality and value, tapping into the UKs growing love for Greek wines.
North South Wines has teamed up with the award-winning Greek producer Cavino to launch Godessa. The range includes an Assyrtiko and an Agiorgitiko from the Peloponnese.
Cavino began in 1958 and works from Aigialeia. The vineyards sit in the mountains, and the cooler air helps grow high-quality fruit. The winery uses modern equipment and climate-controlled cellars, blending tradition with new ideas.
Godessa aims to remind people of sunny Greek summers. It also offers strong commercial appeal and meets the growing UK demand for easy-drinking, great-value Greek wines.
