MontGras lives its motto of boldly attractive wines. Family ownership, wide vineyard – which spans across five regions and more than twenties varieties five – and a willingness to innovate shape the range. The B Corp certified winery is very much driven by a Sustainability agenda and has started to convert some of its vineyards to regenerative farming.
The Handcrafted project captures the spirit of exploration. Winemakers pair with specific valleys and grapes, often uncommon, to create small lots that express place and vision. Consultants such as Alberto Antonini add further depth. Only a few thousand bottles are made of each style. A small allocation comes to North South Wines.
